From Coldwell Banker American Land Mart

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart markets close to 400 homes a year for our builder group in the 20 plus subdivisions we represent in Rockdale, Newton and Henry Counties. About 80% of our sales are in cooperation with other Realtors® and that is something we and our builders actively encourage through incentives and special commission programs. In addition we try to accommodate newly-licensed Realtors® and Realtors® who may not have extensive experience in new home sales by making their participation very easy and problem-free.

Naturally, we do not arbitrate disputes between Realtors®; instead we rely upon a strict interpretation of the Realtor® Code of Ethics and the confidential arbitration procedures developed by the National and State of Georgia Association of Realtors®.

In an effort to avoid any conflict or misunderstanding with regard to Coldwell Banker American Land Mart’s relationship with Realtors® from other companies, we have posted our company policy on our website and have printed copies available from our agents at all our model homes and in all of our subdivisions. We ask that all Realtors® and other agents who plan to participate in a cooperative sale with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart become familiar with our company policy before or during their first visit to one of our communities.

Occasionally we will have a cooperative sale with a real estate agent who is not a member of a Board of Realtors®. In these cases, we rely solely upon our company policy to govern our actions as well as those of the other agent and broker.

We actively encourage all Realtors® and other agents to visit our furnished model homes to preview the many offerings we have for your future buyers. We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 1 P.M to 6 PM. A printable map with the model home locations is posted on our website www.americanlandmart.com
