The History of American Land Mart

American Land Mart, Inc. was established as a full service real estate company in April of 1988, with Alton Housworth as the owner and qualifying broker.  In January of 2004, American Land Mart, Inc. was purchased by Bullard Realty and as a result became an affiliate of Coldwell Banker with Rick Schlosser as the managing broker and Alton Housworth as associate broker.

Since 1906, the Coldwell Banker organization has been the premier provider of full-service real estate. Bullard Realty is the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta; its headquarters are in Jonesboro. The company, which also purchased the Conyers office of Coldwell Banker Gerri Murphy Realty in late December and established a Conyers/Rockdale County branch, now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus its new branch office in Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.

In January of 2004, American Land Mart, Inc. was purchased by Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and as a result became an affiliate of Coldwell Banker.
