Bob Brown has recently joined Coldwell Banker American Land Mart and is very excited to be working with Ann Bell and Sandi Austin at the Channing Cove Subdivision in South Rockdale.

Bob has over 20 years experience working in Commercial and Residential Development. Bob has been a builder and developer of his own subdivisions in Alabama and has sold over 3 million dollars while in Alabama. Bob is looking forward to working in  Residential Sales with American Land Mart in Rockdale.

Bob and his wife Mary have two grown children and two grandchildren.

They have lived in South Rockdale county for over 15 years and are active in St. Simons Episcopal Church in Conyers. Bob currently serves on the vestry at St. Simons and has been active in many capacities while attending there.
