Barbara Sands brings five years of new home sales experience to Coldwell Banker/American Land Mart.  She is proud to be a part of Linda Lindsey and Betty Denio team at McCart Landing community in Rockdale County.  She is very familiar with both Rockdale and Newton Counties.  Barbara is married and has two beautiful daughters.  She and her family moved to Conyers over four years ago.  Barbara and her family are active members of Voices of Faith Church in Conyers.

Barbara has received several wards since earning her real estate license such as the Million Dollar Circle Gold Award for having sold 5.9 million dollars in new homes sales for 2005, and has received agent of the month for the entire 2006 year.  She continuously attends training in order to stay current on real estate issues and to offer professional, reliable service to her clients.  Although she enjoys the financial success, her greatest reward comes from seeing smiling, satisfied clients.
